Personal Journey

I believe in transformation. I believe that with the right guidance we are all capable of achieving incredible things. I have two experiences of this that I want to share with you.

The first is that I started playing the cello at the age of 35. This had been a total fantasy of mine for many years. In my 36th year the planets aligned and suddenly I found myself with the money to buy an instrument, a job that paid me well enough to have free time to practise, and an amazing teacher who helped me, gently but firmly, get off the ground. It changed my life in so many ways, not least showing me what was possible; what I was capable of.

The second is starting my own business. If you had asked me 5 years ago if I would ever have my own business I, without doubt, would’ve said no. Again – the planets aligned. A chance meeting with a very special life-coach made me reevaluate what and how I wanted to be contributing. And so, with ZERO business experience, Do It Daily was born. It was the best decision I ever made. It’s truly wonderful to watch myself, my clients, and my project grow and evolve every day through this exciting journey. It would be my pleasure to be a part of your journey too.

Professional Journey

I was born in London, England, to working class parents and quickly understood the transformative nature of education. I’ve always had a deep love of Literature and recognised from an early age the power inherent in narratives: those that form a part of the cultures we are exposed to and those that we are told, and tell, about ourselves. I had the opportunity to go to university (the first in my family to do so) where I studied Literature and Communication. This informed my decision to work with language which I have been doing since leaving university. I’ve been working to facilitate conscious communication for 18 years. I have dedicated the last twelve years to working with high-achieving professionals.  I work predominantly, but not exclusively, with women from all sectors. By providing personalised support I assist clients in becoming active agents in their own development; their own transformation! By working specifically on finding the voice clients need to be able to express themselves authentically and with authority, I help them to interact professionally and confidently, to present ideas persuasively, and to construct meaningful texts that clearly demonstrate their values.

I have a BA Hons in English Literature and the CELTA and DELTA
